4 reviews. Edited June 1, “Cold Sleep”, by Narise Konohara is a story about a Tohru Takahisa, who lost his memory due to a car accident. A man named Fujishima shows up randomly and says that he knew Tohru and will be taking care of him. Tohru is a little unsure at first but begins living with him. Konohara explores the multifaceted nature of human relationships in a manner that exceeds the typical feel-good norm of the genre. Tohru's character development in the final novel is jarring and particularly memorable. For my full impressions of the series, please refer to the Cold Fever product page. In Very Good condition with minor cover shelf wear on edges and corners, and some light scuffing from shelving. Additionally, Fever has some small stains on upper page edges; inner pages are unaffected. See pics. Outer page edges on booth volumes have some yellowing due to age, inside pages are pristine.
